Run it fast to bring the box temperature down quickly; run it slower to maintain your box’s set point. Save on energy! The Capri 35F is good for a refrigerator up to 7 cu ft or a freezer up to 4 cu ft. This is based on a box having good insulation, 3-4″ for refrigerator boxes, 5-6″ for freezer boxes.
